6. Control System DryExx Basic

6.1 Brief overview of configuration
The DryExx Basic
®
permitts the configuration of the following parameters for the
metering station in the menu item “configuration generally
• Number of packages per impulse of the optional meter
• System pre pressuring time

Ensures that all circuits are supplied with the same output pressure for the
conveyor belt lubricant
• System bleeding time

Ensures that there is no leakage on the nozzle fittings
• Delay time for the empty detector unit

No error message during normal changing of a drum
• Number of impulses for the optional oval wheel meter
• Quantity of belt lubricant per impulse for the optional oval wheel meter
• Nominal dosing value per circuit with positive and negative difference.
• Configuration of the following parameters: for each lubrication circuit in the menu item
“configuration circuit ?” (? = 1 to 8)


• the manual start of
one
impulse time by aborting the pause time for each lubrication
circuit separately in the menu item “booster”.

the notes.
6.2 Visualisation (display views)
6.2.1 Basic Screen / Start Screen


"bo" = Booster with impulse time is inactive
