6.3.3.1 Pipe and hose connection with integrated support sleeve

Union nut

Clamping ring

Suction valve, pressure valve

A1 Pipe or hose attached
A2 Target state after assembly
B1 Valve connection: Target state after assembly

Place the O-ring (6) in the groove of the suction or pressure valve (7).

Tighten the union nut (2) (detail B1).

Cut hose (1) straight.

Push the union nut (2) and clamp it over the hose (1).

Push the clamping ring (3) over the hose (1).

Push the hose (1) onto the support sleeve (4) up to the stop (detail: A1).

Tighten the female coupling (5) (detail A2).
