Then proceed with the installation as shown in Fig.1.
1.
Undo and remove the screw from the bottom
edge of the detector to detach the rear cover
2.
Open the mounting bracket.
3.
Unscrew the screw from the battery cover.
4.
Remove the battery cover.
5. Insert 3 AA-size 1.5V alkaline batteries into the
battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity
is followed.
6.
Replace the battery cover and then rear cover
securely.
