Step 5

 –  Remove the nut on the top of the 

transformer with an 8mm spanner 

then lift off the black heat dispersion 

disk which when removed allows 

for the transformer to be lifted out of 

the chlorinator. When removing heat 

dispersion disk also remove the 

spring washer & flat washer located 

beneath the nut.

Assembly

Step 1

 –  Place transformer over the locating 

screw. 

Step 3

 –  After feeding the transformer wires 

through the clear tubing use a 

soldering iron with unleaded solder 

to attach the wires to the PCB. The 

order for connecting the wires from 

the left of the PCB is 1) orange, 2) 

white, 3) pink.  

Step 2

 –  Place heat dispersion disk over 

the transformer with the shiny 

metallic side face up. Place flat 

washer & spring washer in place 

over the locating screw; tighten 

the transformer nut using an 8mm 

spanner.
