Connect air hose and blast hose. Always make sure to use safety cables and safety clips
when making these connections

Connect the red, black, and semi-clear blue poly lines at the coupler-side of the blast hose to
the connections (unions) next to the abrasive flow valve. Make these connection color-to-
color.
Black and Red poly lines
: For pneumatic control handle and control all pneumatic
systems inside control panel.
Semi-clear blue poly line
: Carries water up the side of blast to the Vapor-Flex nozzle.

Connect garden hose, with house pressure water flow, to ¾” garden hose connection, if
water is required for cleaning or blasting process (dustless/vapor blasting). If worksite does
not have running water, or a rust inhibitor needs be added into the water, then connect
siphon tube to siphon connection. Siphon tube can be used with a 5-gallon bucket of water
or a gravity fed water tank (sold separately).
