Activating the night light
1. Move the switch to the “
NL ON + SNOOZE ON
” / “
NL ON + ALM ON
” position. The night light function
is now activated.
2. If you want to deactivate the night light, move the switch to the “
ALL OFF
” position.
Finding the temperature
The temperature is displayed in the temperature fi eld. If the temperature is out of measurable range, the
symbol Hi (high) or Lo (low) will be displayed.
The device measures inside temperature only.
Reset of the device
If the clock does not function properly, use the
RESET
button to reset it.

Protect the device from contact with aggressive substances, like perfumes, alcohol or cleaning agents.

Radio controlled clock
With the radio controlled clock, you can have the most accurate time
on the continent. The clock is able to receive signal transmitted by the
PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) in Germany. This signal is
controlled by four atomic clocks with an average deviation of less than 1
second in 2 million years. PTB transmits the time signal (DCF77, 77,5 kHz)
continuously from Mainfl ingen, 25 km south-east from Frankfurt am Main.
The expected coverage by the signal is 2,000 km from the transmitter. The
signal range may be aff ected by certain weather conditions, though.
