Manual XrGi 20G-To

Check that your XRGI system has been installed and complete the pre-commissioning checklist (see Annexe 6).

Fuel supply and connections:

Gas

Does the fuel supply system comply with local regulations?

Does the gas supply pressure comply with current standards?

Has a flexible gas pipe been fitted?

Has the gas supply been purged and leak tested?

Has the gas isolation valve been fitted 1 m from the Power Unit?

Fuel gas system:

Has the flue gas system been installed according to regulations?

Has unit been installed with EC POWER supplied flue?

If not then please provide make and specification:

Has a condensate drain been installed (or more if required)?

Has a condensate trap been fitted on riser if vertical run is greater than 5 m?

Is there suitable trap fitted to eliminate flue bypass from condensate?

Checklist for the electrical installation

Is wiring installed from the

Supply Point

to the

Control Panel

Is the supply voltage correct?

Is the

Reference Meter

installed according to instructions?

Have current transformers be installed in correct orientation?

Is the signal cable from the

Reference Meter

connected to the

Control Panel

Has the remaining supply, control and signal cables routed and connected according to

instructions?

Have correct fuses been fitted?

Is there cable containment between EC POWER components?

Mount the PT100 sensors in the sensor pockets on the buffer/storage tanks.

Mount a switched fuse 230 V outlet for the Heat Distributor

Power cable between the Power Unit and the Control Panel (with 63 A CEE female connector).

Control cable(s) between Power Unit and the Control Panel.

When all of these questions can be answered, the system is ready for commissioning.

Commissioning dates will not be confirmed until the signed checklist has been returned to EC

POWER A/S.

Pre-Commissioning Checklist

The commissioning checklist ensures the units are ready for commissioning. The form must be returned

at least

5 working days

prior to the provisional commissioning date supplied by EC POWER A/S so that

the date can be

confirmed.

Failure to do so may see commissioning dates cancelled and reissued for 8 weeks later. If a service

technician should arrive on site and commissioning is unable to commence due to site delays then the

client will be charged for any travel time, mileage, expenses, labour and parts.

Please complete below all sections below:

Standard requirement check list

Is there sufficient maintenance space around the unit?

Has a minimum of 450 mm free space been left at rear for routine gas maintenance of the gas

mix tray?

Mechanical checklist

Is the heat distributor correctly connected to the Power Unit?

Is the storage tank correctly connected to the heat distributor?

Is there an automatic air bleed valve fitted to top of storage tank?

Is the expansion tank and pressure relief valve correctly connected?

Is the heat distributor correctly connected to the heating system?

Is there water in the Power Unit circuit of the heat distributor?

Has the heating system been flushed (info only)?

Is the room sufficiently ventilated?

Has the system been pressure tested?

Has the function of the circulation pumps been tested?

Has correct sized pipe work been used to connect EC POWER components (35 mm)?

Has all pipe work been installed according to the illustrations in the manual?
