When the node is a terminal, the functions are as follows:
If the node is a terminal, this parameter represents the heartbeat cycle of the terminal and the parent node. The faster the
heartbeat cycle, the faster the terminal switches the route to find the best parent node, and at the same time, the heartbeat
is used to detect the online status of the parent node.
Note: If the node is a coordinator and a router, this parameter is invalid;
