2014 EBR NOISE CONTROL SYSTEM LIMITED WARRANTY
The following warranty applies to the noise control system, is in addition to the MOTORCYCLE LIMITED WARRANTY and applies only
to motorcycles sold in the U.S.
EBR warrants that this vehicle is designed and built so as to conform at the time of sale with applicable regulations of the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency (as tested following f-76 Drive-By test procedure) and that it is free from defects in materials and
workmanship which would cause this motorcycle not to meet such U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Standards within 1 year
from initial retail purchase and delivery from an authorized EBR dealer, or one year from the second anniversary of the last day of
the model year of the motorcycle, or 3,730 miles (6,000 km) whichever expires first. Any unexpired portion of this limited warranty
will be transferred to subsequent owners, upon the resale of the motorcycle during the warranty period. If the motorcycle was used
as a demonstrator, then the Warranty period may have started and/or expired prior to the initial retail sale. See an EBR dealer for
details.
THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY (OTHER THAN THE SEPARATE MOTORCYCLE AND EMISSIONS WARRANTIES) ON THE
MOTORCYCLE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO THE
DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
The warranty period shall begin on the date the motorcycle is delivered to the first retail purchaser or, if the motorcycle is placed in
service as a demonstrator or company vehicle prior to sale at retail, on the date it is first placed in service.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE NOISE CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY
1. Failures which arise as a result of misuse, alterations, or accident as specified in the Owner’s Manual.
