is set to “AUTO” on the display by pressing the blue down arrow until the “AUTO” icon displays.
Lift the front wheel off the ground with care, turn the throttle slowly by 10 degree or so to see if
the motor engages and the wheel turns freely. DO NOT TWIST FOR FULL THROTTLE to avoid
a surprised face and potential runaway bike. When the motor engages, lower release the
throttle gently, dab the frontbrake to stop the wheel before returning to the ground.
Check the connection!
If nothing happens, follow the lead from the throttle towards the battery unit. On the handlebars,
there are three wires. One for each brake lever and the third is for the throttle. Again, these
things only fit one way, so locate the wire (see diagram), locate the two connection ends and
gently push together. Repeat the steps above.
Contact the service agent!
If the cables are properly connected, the bikes operation mode is set to AUTO and the battery is
charged and turned on then it should operate. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact
your service agent or store.
