Port 2 Connection Details
An Industry standard 9-way male d-type connector is provided on the rear of the
communication card which provides the following connections:-
1 – Sync+
2 – RxA
3 – TxB
4 – Spare
5 – GND
6 – Sync -
7 – RxB
8 – TxA
9 - Spare
Port 2 gives an isolated RS485 port with the following pin out:
1 – Sync+
2 – RxA
3 – TxB
5 – GND
6 – Sync -
7 – RxB
8 – TxA
Port 4 is an10/100Mb/s Ethernet port which allows connection to an Ethernet network via a
standard 8P8C (RJ45) connection.
