Assign an IP Address Manually

From the Network Card-MS main menu, type

for Network Configuration
and press
Enter
. The Network Settings menu displays (see Figure 8).

for Modify Network Settings.

At the cursor prompt, enter
N
for “no,” in order to disable DHCP and
manually set an IP address (see Figure 9).
4.
Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the fixed IP parameters.

Figure 9.
