4. Relevant information prior to the installation
4.1 Tools required for the installation
Installation, commissioning, maintenance or retrofitting of the charging station must be performed by
qualified and authorized electricians who are responsible for complying with existing standards and local
installation regulations.
The installation must be carried out only by professional installers.
During the installation, ensure the equipment is powered off.
4.2 Checking the box contents
To perform the installation, the installer should have the following tools:
The xChargeIn DC 22 box must contain the following parts:

Screwdriver
•
Open-ended wrenches
•
Drilling machine
•
Laptop
•
SIM card, in case of online chargers with 4G modem.

xChargeIn DC 22 charging station,
•
Quick start guide,
•
Safety guidelines,
•
EV plug(s), depending on customer configuration:
•
CCS plug and cable,
•
CCS and CHAdeMO plugs and cables,
•
The plug socket(s) for cable(s),
•
Screws and cable glands,
•
Cable gland cap (optional).
