10 Battery Terminal Cover

Battery Cable Live (Grey) –
ve

Battery Cable Common
(Blue)+ve

Fig. 4-8 Replacing the Battery Terminal Covers

Refit the Battery Terminal Cover to Battery 1.

Check with a voltmeter that the negative terminal of battery 4 is more than 48V

negative of the positive terminal of battery 1.

10.

Measure the voltage across the Battery MCB and ensure that this is less than 6V.

If more than 6V, check the battery connections to the MCB.
