1: The value is invalid, since it is before the
device's initial date

MM Date: month Range of 00 to 12
DD Date: day Range of 00 to 31
WD Weekday 0= Su; 1=Mo, 2=Tu, 3=We, 4=Th, 5=Fr,
6=Sa, 7=Su
HR Time: hour Range of 00 to 23
MN Time: minute Range of 00 to 59
SC Time: second Range of 00 to 59
