WARRANTY
The purchaser of this product is entitled to a limited warranty
from EasyFold on the following components and timeframes:
Products damaged by the user's negligence.
Products damaged by accident.
Products damaged intentionally.
Products that have been subject to negligence.
Products that have been abused.
Products that have been improperly stored.
Products that have been mishandled.
Products that have been misused.
Products that have been subject to general misuse.
Products that have been modified in an
unauthorized or unapproved manner.
The warranty does not cover :
The warranty is not transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser of the
wheelchair. EasyFold will replace, at its sole discretion.
Any component under warranty that fails during the warranty period.
Please notify us immediately if you have any problems with your EasyFold PRO, or if the wheelchair
has stopped working completely. We will provide technical assistance to help you resolve the
problem. If we cannot resolve the problem through technical assistance, we will send you any
necessary replacement parts still under warranty. We will inform you if a part needed to solve the
problem is no longer covered by the warranty.
Replacement parts will be shipped by mail.
Due to its innovative design, most parts under warranty can be easily replaced by the customer, a
family member, relative or friend using the tool kit provided with your chair.
The customer is responsible for any costs or charges (labor and/or service) resulting from the
replacement of parts on the EasyFold PRO chair. Each EasyFold PRO comes with a tool kit. Most
replacement parts can be easily replaced using the tool kit by the EasyFold customer, their friends
or family members of the original owner.
