7. Notice for operation
7.1 Pre-shrink on blanket
After the installation finished, it requests to power up machine and accomplish the procedure of pre-shrink on
blanket.
Please operate in accordance with the instruction as below:
Keep new blanket in a low degree of tension.
7.2 Accomplish the procedure of pre-shrink on blanket based on following data sheet:

For SOT-64H series machine with auto aligning system. Please remove the 3th and 4th relays (from left to right)
on this procedure of pre-shrink on new blanket.
After finish the process of pre-shrink on blanket, please keep machine running/working for another 2 weeks,
then install the two relays to active the auto aligning system. In the period of the first two weeks, adjust the off
traced blanket manually.
Caution:
if the machine suddenly shut down at the process of transferring working. Please release the
blanket by tension wheel and insert a soft insulation board between the drum and blanket to keep the blanket
from be burnt.
When transfer working is finished, please turn heating off and keep blanket rotary until the temp goes down
under 80
℃
. Or active the auto off function by setting correctly on timer (only for high-end machine, e.g. SOT-
64H).
Notice:
when you restart transfer machine after a long term of leaving unused. We suggest to preheat the
blanket at the temperature of 200
℃
for 3 hours, especially in winter. the 3th and 4th relays located on the
position as the red arrow indicate.
