12. RESTARTS
When reconnecting the inverter for electrical power supply, please follow
the commissioning procedures and safety instructions as described in
Section 6 when applicable (e.g. DC Wires need to be reassembled).
Please run safety checks as described in Section 7 before closing the DC
Switch and starting up again.
13. GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

14. Damages derived from terrorism, riot or popular tumult, legal or
illegal demonstrations and strikes; facts of actions of the Armed
Forces or the State Security Forces in times of peace; armed
conflicts and acts of war (declared or not); nuclear reaction or
radiation or radioactive contamination; vice or defect of the goods;
facts classified by the Government of the Nation as "national
catastrophe or calamity".

This product has a ten-year repair guarantee from the date of sale,
against all manufacturing malfunctions, including repair work and
replacement parts. To justify the purchase date, it will be mandatory
to present the end user's invoice or purchase receipt and the
installation company information. The conditions of this warranty
apply only to Spain and Portugal. If you have purchased this product
in another country, please consult your dealer for the applicable
conditions.
1. Devices used improperly, in a manner not in accordance with the
instructions for use.
2. Maintenance or upkeep of the appliance: periodic reviews, ad-
justments, etc.
3. The devices disassembled or manipulated by the user or persons
outside the authorized technical services.
4. Materials broken or deteriorated due to wear or normal use of
the device: remote controls, gaskets, plastics, filters, etc; or
defects that do not impair the correct and normal performance
of the device.
5. Devices that do not have the factory serial number identified or
in which it has been altered or erased.
6. Faults caused by fortuitous causes or accidents of force majeure,
or as a result of abnormal, negligent or inappropriate use of the
device.
7. Civil liabilities of any nature.
8. Loss or damage to software or information media.
9. Faults produced by external factors such as current disturbances,
electrical surges, excessive or incorrect voltage supply, radiation
and electrostatic discharges including lightning.
