4. trANsport ANd storAGE
4.1 transport
To safely transport the multifunctional hand-held and accessories, use the recommended carry-
ing case (11). The carrying case is equipped with special compartments where the multifunctio-
nal hand-held and accessories can be kept. Otherwise, protect the device during use and
transport with an optional protective cover (12).
4.2 storage
When the device is not being used, observe the following storage conditions:
• dry, protected from dust and direct sunlight,
• with a plastic cover to protect it from invasive dust, if necessary.
• The storage temperature is the same as the range given in the chapter "Technical
data".
• When storing the device for a long time, remove the batteries.
• To store the device, use the carrying case (see chapter "Transport") wherever possible.
