The tariff registration is controlled with the terminals 13 and 15 according to the following table. The 
tariff control mode can be set in the configuration register.

The first command activates tariff function for LMN. The tariff control for terminals is 
deactivated.

If no further command is sent within 90s the tariff control for terminals is possible again
