1. Start with the Upper Cable (52)
a). With Upper Cable (52) in groove of Pulley (38), thread Cable (52) through Upper Cross Beam
(6).
b). Install Pulley
No.1 (38) to Upper Cross Beam (6), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (77), two
M10 Washers (88) and one M10 Nylon Nut (94).
c). Install Pulley
No.2 (38) and two Pulley Bushings (56) to Support Frame (5), using one
M10X70mm Hex Bolt (75), two M10 Washers (88) and one M10 Nylon Nut (94).
d). Install Pulley
No.4 (38) to Upper Cross Beam (6), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (77), two
M10 Washers (88) and one M10 Nylon Nut (94).
e). Attach the bolt end of Upper Cable (52) to Selector Shaft (21) with Plastic Washer (62).
f). Install Pulley
No.3 (38) to Pulley U (26), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (77), two M10
Washers (88) and one M10 Nylon Nut (94).
g). Attach Lat Bar (23) to the other end of Upper Cable (52), using one Pothook (42).
2. Assembly the Butterfly Cable (53)
a). Attach both ends of Butterfly Cable (53) to Left Butterfly Arm (11) and Right Butterfly Arm
(10), using two M10X35mm Hex Bolts (78), two M10 Nuts (95), four M10 Washers (88) and two
M10 Nylon Nuts (94).
b). Install Pulley
No.5&7 (38) to two Single Pulley Blocks (27), using two M10X45mm Hex Bolts
(77), four M10 Washers (88) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (94).
c). Install Pulley
No.6 (38) to Reverse U (25), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (77), two M10
Washers (88) and one M10 Nylon Nut (94).
3. Assembly the Lower Cable (54)
a). With the Lower Cable (54) in groove of Pulley (38) through Leg Extension Frame (13).
b). Install Pulley
No.8 (38) and two Pulley Bushings (56) to Leg Extension Frame (13), using one
M10X70mm Hex Bolt (75), two M10 Washers (88) and one M10 Nylon Nut (94).
c). Install Pulley
No.9 (38) and two Pulley Bushings (56) to Support Frame (5), using one
M10X70mm Hex Bolt (75), two M10 Washers (88) and one M10 Nylon Nut (94).
d). Install Pulley
No.10 (38) to Reverse U (25), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (77), two M10
Washers (88) and one M10 Nylon Nut (94).
e). Install Pulley
No.11 (38) to Front Base Frame (1), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (77), two
M10 Washers (88) and one M10 Nylon Nut (94).
f). Install Pulley
No.12 (38) to Pulley U (26), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (77), two M10
Washers (88) and one M10 Nylon Nut (94).
g). Attach the end of Lower Cable (54) to Front Base Frame (1), using one Pothook (42), one Chain
(short)(48), one M8X40mm Hex Bolt (82), two M8 Washers (90) and one M8 Nylon Nut (96).
h). Attach Lower Bar (22) or Ankle Strap (71) to the other end of Lower Cable (54), using one
Chain (long) (47) and two Pothooks (42).
