OPTIONAL MAGNETIC DOLLY RELEASE:
The optional magnetic dolly release operates via a 2 position gear/aux switch on your radio, in
conjunction with the magnet embedded in the take-off dolly. With the dolly servo connected to the
corresponding channel on your receiver, ensure that the dolly drops freely, and that its held firm
again once the switch is flicked back.
2. Push the servo down into the slot until the
rear case of the servo is flush with the foam at
the rear of the opening. Ensure the servo lead is
exiting out freely as shown.
3. Plug the servo lead into an aux channel, adjust the end points of the travel to ensure the magnetic
servo holds the landing gear sufficiently in one position of the switch, and pushes the gear down in the
other. Ensure the end points are adjusted correctly so that the servo is not heard to be straining/buzzing.
The servo should be silent in both positions.
1. Position the release servo so that the rotating
horn faces forwards and the servo lead faces
down as shown. Apply a small amount of contact
glue to either side of the magnetic release servo.
