7.3 REPLACING THE SCRAPERS (TRIMMERS)
Keep the two recovery tank 5 scrapers 10 clean at all times.
Replace them approximately every 150 work hours or when they are visibly worn.
To replace the scrapers
10 , proceed as follows:
1) Remove the cover 1 (F.18).
2) Remove the recovery tank 5 .
3) Unscrew the screws 11 and remove the worn scrapers 10 .
4) Replace the scrapers 10 and tighten the screws 11 .
7.4 CONVEYORS
The conveyors 14 have an unlimited lifespan.
CAUTION
Do not use the appliance to collect sharp object that could cut
through the rubber.
In order to always keep the belts 14 in good working order, we recommend cleaning them
periodically and lubricating them with Duplex silicone spray. (SIL400)
