5.4 Temperature 2 programming

Please note:

Temperature 2 is an alternative programming process to time control for slot 2. When slot 1

is programmed for pH Control, temperature2 can be used for water heating (or water cooling). When slot 1 is
programmed on temperature 1 for water heating (or water cooling), temperature2 can be used for substrate
heating (or water cooling).

5.4.1 Choice of HEAT / COOL
