B. COOK PRODUCT
1. After startup is complete the Ready Screen appears. The ability to begin a cook cycle is now
available through the press of product buttons, per the programmed recipes. The “Do Not
Load” light will be lit after a cook cycle has started. See the details below for loading product and
beginning a cook cycle.
Fine Cook Adjust Icon

Select a recipe to fine adjust
• Adjust recipe time using +/- buttons
• Press
to save changes

Place holding pan at discharge.
