* Set these items when command protection mode described in the section 4.2.1. “Setting Up
Serial Programming Operation Mode” is selected and the security is enabled at [FUNC D4].
*1: If “0” is set, file format error occurs.
*2: When you disable the security setting at [FUNC D4] and set “inhibit” to the setting shown in
the above table, an error is output then the device function is stopped.
*3: When programming inhibition is set, the programmer cannot erase the flash memory in a
partial area.
*4: Please be aware that the flash programmer is impossible to program the flash memory
when you set erase inhibition.
4.2.4. Serial Programming Inhibition Setting
(Not required this setting when you do not use serial programming inhibition.)
To inhibit serial programming, set the items as the following.

*Serial programming inhibition is executed when most significant bit of the parameter “#C0” is
“1”.

4.2.5. Setting Up Serial Programming ID for Authentication
(This setting can be omitted by condition.)
This is serial programming ID for authentication when microcomputer is placed in ID
authentication mode.
