J12 – CONFIGURATION JUMPER FOR CPU

J12 is used to control the CPU speed setting in BIOS. Whether it can change or not.

MEMORY CONFIGUARTION
When 100MHz Front Side Bus Pentium II Processor is used. SDRAM DIMMs with
PC/100 specification and Serial Presence Defect (SPD) data structure are required.
For 66MHz Front Side Bus Pentium II Processor, SDRAM or EDO DIMM may be
used. Don’t use both SDRAM and EDO DIMM at the same time.
Two DIMM sockets are provided for the 3.3V SDRAM:
DIMM1 - used memory rows 0 and 1
DIMM2 - used memory rows 2 and 3
Table 5 provides the typical memory configurations supported by the mainboard.

The maximum memory size is up to 256MB. The size of each DIMM can be 8MB,
16MB, 32MB, 64MB, 128MB.
