Troubleshooting 

This  chapter  provides  a  few  useful  tips  to  quickly  get  BLUEBOARD  running  with 
success. As basic hardware installation has been addressed in Chapter 2, this chapter 
will primarily focus on system integration issues, in terms of BIOS setting, and OS 
diagnostics. 
 
 

5.1 

Hardware Quick Installation 

CPU Installation 

Due to the design of BLUEBOARD, it only supports Yonah

/Merom

 Processor as well-

known as Intel ® Core Duo Processor. Before installing Processor, please ensure the 
processor chosen is the right one. Regarding to processor information, please refer to 
Intel website 
 
(1) Locate Pin 1 in the socket and look for a tri-angle on CPU upper interface. Math 

Pin and tri-angle, and then insert the CPU into the socket as Figure 5-1.
