Make Sure You Are Online
Before you make an Internet call, your InterPhone has to be connected to the Internet successfully.
After you complete the configuration and exit the setup, you will see the running message shown
on the LCD panel. Press any DTMF digit button on the keypad to switch to network monitoring
mode.
On PSTN Mode, if you see a steady (non-flashing) sign on
the LCD panel, it means you are connected to the Internet
successfully.
You may also press I-PHONE button to switch to I-PHONE Mode.On
I-PHONE Mode, if you see a steady (non-flashing) @ sign on the
LCD panel, it means you are connected to the Internet successfully.
If you see a flashing (PSTN Mode) or @ sign (I-PHONE Mode), it means you are
not connected to the Internet successfully. Please check your basic setup again.

Make sure your InterPhone is online. Make sure the remote party you wish to call is equipped with
a DSG’s VoIP product such as InterPhone, IPStar or InterStar and it is online. Use one of methods
as below to call the remote party.
