When in the
fill sequence,
VAPOR-LOGIC
allows 40 minutes for
the water to reach the
maximum upper water
level. If the water
does not reach the
designated level, and
the probe system is
not satisfied, a fault
will be indicated.
Fill and drain valve
wiring reversed.
When in auto drain
sequence or end-of-
season drain,
VAPOR-LOGIC
allows 20 minutes for
the water level to drop
from the top probe to
below the lowest
probe. If the tank does
not drain to this level
in the time allotted, a
fault will be indicated.
Water detection
probes.
Drain valve wiring.
Fill valve.
Low water supply pressure minimum
170 kPa.
Remove fill valve and check for any
foreign material plugging valve.
Fill valve may be plumbed backwards.
Note flow direction and correct as
needed.
Check wiring diagram.
Check drain valve wiring.
Check for voltage present at the valve.
If present, clean or replace valve.
Check if the tank drain outlet from
humidifier is plugged. Clean.
Reset VAPOR-LOGIC.
Clean probe tips or replace probe rod
assembly.
Check to be sure drain valve is wired to
correct terminals 3, 4 on control board.
Leaking water through.
