Roller Assembly Adjustment Procedure

OR
To adjust the Door Glass with the Roller Assemblies:
1. Remove the Roller Assembly Cover Plate
2. Loosen the mounting bolt
3. Rotate the adjustment bolt:
-Counter-clockwise to raise
-Clockwise to lower
4. Re-tighten the mounting bolt
Do Not rotate the Adjustment Bolt more than 4 rotations when it is
centered in the neutral position!
Do Not rotate the adjustment bolt past the point of resistance.
Excessive rotations can strip the bolt!
Do Not remove the bolts or fully disassemble the Roller Assemblies.

Place 5/16” (8mm) shims beneath the glass to prevent glass-to-metal
contact with the Bottom Guide Rail during this procedure.
NOTE
Use the adjustment bolt on the Roller Assembly to adjust
the Door Glass so it closes evenly into the Wall Profiles.
