3. Detection mode
1. Blank
Use a pipette to take 1-2.5μl (depending on the actual situation)
buffer and drop it on the test pedestal (the base material is stainless steel and the
center point is quartz), the lower test head is the receiving end, and the upper test head
is The transmitting end.
2. Sample measurement
Use a pipette to take 1-2.5 μl of the sample to be
tested and add it to the test pedestal. The protein sample should be tested with a
sample size of 2.0 μl.
3. Due to the inconsistent tension of different samples, in order to make the
sample form a liquid column better, the recommended sample detection amount is as
follows (the user can adjust according to the actual situation):
Nucleic acid solution: 1.5μl
Protein solution: 2.0μl
Other samples: 2μl
1.1 Basic operation
1. Lift the sample arm and pipette 1~2μL of sample solvent onto the susceptor.
2. Lower the sample arm and start the absorbance test using the software on your
computer. A sample column is automatically pulled between the upper and lower
fibers and then tested.
3. When the test is complete, lift the sample arm and clean the sample on the
upper and lower bases with clean, lint-free paper. This wipes the sample to avoid
residue on the susceptor.
