Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
The Display
shows nothing
Please check if the green LED on the power supply
(AC/DC adapter) lights up.
Please check the function outlet.
Repeatedly press the on/off switch (push knob).
If the unit still does not operate properly, return it to the
manufacturer for repair (see Chapter 6).
Please check the connection of the power cord to the
device and the cable connections to the electrodes.
Make sure that the water you are using has not been
treated by a water softener. This would reduce
conductivity.
If necessary, untreated tap water or non-carbonated
mineral or bottled water may be used.
For axillary treatment, check whether the sponge pockets
are wet enough.
A depilation of hair under the armpits is recommended.
The green LED on the
power supply (AC/DC)
does not light up
It may be that the brightness of the room is making the LED
light hard to see.
Please shade the LED light with a hand and check to see
if it is visible this way.
The
outlet
may be
faulty
.
Please connect the device to a different outlet or check
the integrity of the outlet.
The device display
screen shows
“Error”
If the device has malfunctioned, output current is
automatically interrupted and the instrument gives an
error message.
Repeatedly press the on/off switch (push knob).
If the error message persists, please contact our
customer service (see Chapter 6)
