Replacing the Fuse
If a fuse is blown, disconnect the unit s
power, replace the fuse, then reconnect
the power. Make sure the amperage of
the new fuse matches that of the old fuse.
If the fuse blows soon after replacement,
the unit may be malfunctioning, in which
case the unit should be checked by a
service dealer.
Gently pull out the Battery Holder while
pressing the Stopper.
Insert the battery into the battery holder with
the (+) mark facing upward.
Replacing the Battery
Insert the Battery Holder into the Remote
Control.

Maintenance
Warning
Never use a fuse with an amperage rating
higher than the fuse supplied with your unit.
A higher-rated fuse will not protect the unit
from electrical surges which will likely result
in electrical damage to the unit.
Battery Precautions
Always keep the lithium battery beyond
childrens reach. If a battery is ever
swallowed, seek medical attention
immediately.
Clean the battery with a dry cloth
to maximize connectivity.
Ensure the correct polarity when loading the
battery.
To prevent short circuit, do not use
metal tweezer to clip the battery.
Warning !
Improper handling of the battery
may lead to malfunction or damage
of the battery. It cannot be charged,
disassembled or thrown into a fire.

When the range of the remote control
becomes short, or the remote stops
functioning, please replace the battery.
The remote uses the button-type
battery CR2025. Ensure the correct
polarity when replacing.

Tuner
Scanning/Storing Stations
Automatically
In radio mode, briefly press the
AMS
button
on the remote control to listen each of your
stored station for five seconds.
To quit the scan, simply press the number
button corresponding to the station to which
you would like to listen.
To have the radio automatically discover radio
stations and assign them to the number buttons,
press and hold the AMS button on the remote
or the radio. The radio can store up to six
stations on each band setting.
Number Buttons
In radio mode, you can assign a radio station
to a number button by pressing and holding
one of the six numbers that stored stations
on the remote control.
The message
CH n
, where
n
is a number,
indicates the station was saved sucessfully.
Selecting Station Directly
You can use the remote control to tune the
radio to a specific frequency. Simply press
the GOTO button, and when FR appears on
the display, enter the frequency.
