WHAT STYLE DISPENSING

MECHANISM DO I HAVE?

The dispensing mechanism used in 9600-series Cash
Dispensers  is available in both an older and a newer
chassis design.

BE SURE TO NOTE THE TYPE OF DISPENSER,
AS THIS WILL DETERMINE HOW THE
DISPENSER WILL BE MOUNTED TO THE SLIDE
TRAY.

An easy way to tell which type of dispenser
mechanism you have is to look at the structural
members across the top of the chassis.

Older-style dispensers use a series of metal support
bars that span the width of the chassis, as shown
here:

Newer-style dispensers use a plastic support
assembly, as shown here:

Older-style dispensing mechanism.
