This user manual contains important information about Dosell. Please read the whole
of the manual carefully before using the product. Keep the manual easily accessible
in case you need it in the future.
Before using for the first time
Before Dosell can be installed and configured, the Dosell app must be installed on a
mobile phone. You will need this phone to hand for initial startup. The app is free to
download from the App Store and Google Play. If you have any questions concerning
installation of the app, contact technical support.
Registering an account
Each Dosell must have an administrator who deals with payment of the subscription.
The administrator may be the same person who uses (has medication dispensed by)
Dosell but does not need to be. If you or a relative bought a Dosell online, an
administrator account needs to be registered at www.dosell.com before starting to use
the product. The email address that you enter when registering will never be used for
any purpose other than to send out important information about Dosell, should this be
needed.
If you received a Dosell from your healthcare provider, they are the administrator and
you do not need to register an account.
