CLEANING AND REASSEMBLY OF THE SUCTION VALVE
Before performing any maintenance on the Dosatron, it is essential to read
the § PRECAUTIONS.
Before dismantling, and to avoid any contact with the injected products, turn
on the Dosatron and allow it to draw in clean mains water in order to rinse
the dosing assembly.
- Turn off the water supply and allow the pressure to drop to zero.
- Remove the suction hose (see § DISMANTLING THE SUCTION HOSE).
- Unscrew the suction valve locking nut (Fig. 25)
- Remove the suction valve by pulling it in the line of the dosing assembly.
- Rinse the various parts of the valve thoroughly, using clean mains water.
- Reassemble the parts following the order and positions shown in the
diagram (Fig. 26) .
