The Dosatron’s dosing rate can be adjusted according to two scales:
percentage- and ratio-based. These scales are positioned on either side of
the dosing assembly (Fig.2) .
Depending on the direction of flow in the hydraulic system and the direction
in which the dosing pump is mounted on its bracket, it may be necessary to
change the orientation of this scale.
CHANGING THE DOSING SCALE VIEW
- Completely unscrew the fixing nut on the dosing assembly
- Pull downwards and rotate half a turn to release the dosing assembly and
view the correct dosing adjustment scale (Fig.3) .
