Check the product specification
Installation Place
Take the VFD out of the box, check the rating shown on a side of the product body to
determine wheather the VFD specification is what you had ordered. Check also whether
the product has been damaged during delivery. ( refer to product components )
Booster system is usually installed indoor s , but i f the system is installed outdoors, there should be covers to
protect the electronic components from water, freez ing and natural disaster
Booster pump system s have to be installed within a pressurization condition.
To prevent the suction pipe from any dust, please install extra strainer
To prevent dry-running, make sure the water level is always higher than the pump. Make sure
the pump has been installed to keep the minimum suction pressure .
To prevent flood d a mage from installation, pump breakage, leakage by external condition,
please install within a facility that is equipped with drainage .
The pump installation shall not allow the system pipeline tensile force to be transferred to
the suction and discharge pipe.
Suction pipe line should be installed less curved and short.
To be convenient maintenance, encourage to install By-pass(discharge), valve and flexible
joint to suction and discharge pipe.
Please install the prevention device for Water Hammer to discharge sector. If suction pipe is
over 10m and covered 2 times, the chage of dicharge pressure can occure and low water
level switch can operate, so suction pipe line should be larger than booster system manifold.

Wiring
Wiring should be performed by an wiring expert. To prevent from electronic leakage by
inductance and electronic shock, circuit breaker and grounding should be installed.
Main wiring for booster pump has already been wired in the fact o ry. If you need additional wiring,
please wire as per the electronic drawings
.
