Alternative Operation ( basic)
After scheduled operating or when all of the pump s stop, the master pump will
alternatively change
- Alternative method means all of the pumps will run sequently.
- If all of the pump s stop and then reopertate, the master pump changes from pump one to
pump 2
- After passing the time of the Pr-54 ( lead pump alternation time : Factory setting 12hour) ,
second pump will operate by force
Fixed Lead Pump Operation
In case the location is in demand of high water consumption or a location where the pump need s to maintain
contstant pressure.
- If Pr-54 ( lead pump alternation time ) is set at "0", the first pump will operate as lead pump
- The l ead pump do es not altenate, o and will operate sequently.
Method by Intergrated Current Rate
To operate by distributing the current evenly after calculating the intergrated
current from each controllers.
- If Pr-53 ( Alternation Type ) is set at "1", the pump with the lowest amount of
current consumed will operate.
ALL PID Method
Main controller control s all of the drive s via PID
If Pr-61( PID control type setup ) is set at "1", this function will be applied.
