(6) Saw Blade
DANGER
Before install or uninstall the saw blade, make it sure the power plug
is off.

Install/uninstall Saw Blade
In order to uninstall the saw blade, first push the stopper that is front of
Main shaft box and set the main shaft. Then loosen the fix bolt(M24
Hexagon left screw) which is in the center of blade. Remove the flange pin.
Then grab the saw blade with two hands and pull it out from the main shaft.
In order to install the saw blade, push the blade into the main shaft.
Insert the flange pin and install saw blade. Then turn hexagon nut
anticlockwise to make it firm.(Fig.9)

When you install the saw blade, make it check that the tip point of
saw blade can be seen in front of machine.

The Pitch of Saw Blade
It is ideal that 3.5~5 pitches of saw blade are in the width of cutting
material.

Please refer “the pitch table” on the front of gear box to select
appropriate pitch of saw blade. If the pitches of saw blade are too wide, the
cutting resistance becomes smaller; however the cutting surface becomes
rough and teeth of saw blade can be broken. If the pitches of saw blade are
too narrow, the cutting resistance becomes bigger; therefore the life of saw
blade becomes shortened and the chip reject problems can happen. Even
the saw blade can be broken.
