Disassemble by reversing the steps from 5-3 to remove the cutting plate and cutting blade.
MAKING SAUSAGE
Before starting please assemble sausage attachment as per following (fig.11)
1.
Never prepare very thick sausages in order to avoid any pressure on casing
2.
Note: soak the casings for around 10-15 minutes in warm water to make them flexible
3.
Connect appliance, switch it on
4.
Push the ingredients into the food container and slowly take off the casing from the container.
5.
Twist the casing to prepare the sausages
MAKING BISCUIT
Before starting please assemble sausage attachment as per following (fig.12)
1.
Select the desired form of biscuit and place the mixture on the hopper tray.
2.
Plug the unit, turn the switch and the switch to the ON position.
3.
If necessary, press on the preparation with the pusher (18). Do not engage fingers.
4.
Hold the dough elongated exit and cut to desired length.
