All the moving mechanical parts, such as the trasmission means, the driving belts, the chains, etc.
have been protected by:
•
Nr. 1 top cover fixed to the structure by means of screws;
•
Nr. 1 back cover fixed to the structure by means of screws and equipped with outlets for the
circulation of the air.
7.3 ELECTRICAL DANGER
The electric panel has slow tension (24 Volts); this avoids incidents which could occur with high
tension.
All the electrical works on the machine should be carried out only by
professional personnel.
7.4 NOISE
The machine, when running freely, emits:
•
A level of acoustic pressure equal to 70 dBA;
•
The measurement was made in the area normally occupied by the operator and in direction of the
highest emission.
7.5 REQUIREMENTS OF FOOD HYGIENE
The machine recalled in this manual is suitable for the processing of food stuff according to the norms
in force at the moment it is delivered by the manufacturer. Such fitness can be considered in time, only
if good care in cleaning is taken, which should be carried out daily, if maintenance and control of the
machine are made replacing immediately any particular that comes in contact with food stuff, and that
shows to be worn and not suitable for a correct and hygienic treatment of such components.
The manufacturer declines any responsibility for the deterioration caused by an incorrect use and/or lack
of cleaning and/or lack of maintenance on the machines of his production.
7.6 RISK OF FLOUR DUST
This risk is almost insignificant as the residual openings of the protection guard are rather small and do
not permit to emit flour dust appreciably. However it is wise to start always the machine with the 1st
speed and keep it at least for five minutes, when inside the bowl the ingredients are not yet well mixed,
in order to limit, as much as possibile, the emission of dust of flour which with the 2nd speed would be
much higher.
