then turn, separate or rearrange food.
QUICK DEFROST sequences are preset in the
oven. The QUICK DEFROST feature provides you
with the quick defrosting method for 1.0 lb. frozen
foods. The oven automatically sets the defrosting
time.

By using the More and Less functions, you can
adjust the cook time for One Touch Cook.
Pressing More will add 10 seconds to the cooking
time each time you press it. Pressing Less will
subtract 10 seconds from the cooking time each
time you press it.
Example: To adjust the One Touch (Popcorn)

and power. For best results, there are 10 power
level settings in addition to HIGH power (100%).
Refer to the “Microwave Power Level Table” on
page 16 for more information.
NOTE: If you do not select a power level, the oven
will automatically cook at HIGH (100%) power.
Example: To cook for 5 minutes, 30 seconds
at 80% power.
