➤
Attach the suspension beams (M) to the ready-to-
use platform (R) using swivel bolts d29/195, and
secure with spring cotters.

Mount the Spindle struts T6 73/110cm (S) (posi-
tion as shown in assembly plan).
Mount formwork and safety railings
➤
Mount the formwork as shown in the project
plan.
Erect railings:

On the outside:
Fasten the guard-rail boards (min. 20x4 cm) with
square bolts M10x110 and hexagon nuts M10.

On the inside:
Insert guard-rail boards (min 20x4 cm) into the
Handrail posts T 0.70m, and fix them in place.

The platform stop (V) protects the ready-to-
use platform (R) against slipping out, at all
times – even when it is being lifted.

When dismantling, always:
remove the platform stop (V) first. The
ready-to-use platform cannot be disman-
tled until the platform stop has been
removed.
●
After dismantling, do not forget:
Fix the platform stop (V) back on again!

To save time putting up the guard-railings,
pre-assembled Railings T are also available.
If these are used, stiffening tubes (H) and (J)
are no longer needed.
