, you can change it to suit your requirements.

Menu Item – SysCloc
The system clock of the HQR1 DVR needs to be calibrated for accurate time
recording, it is important for the Lap Timer. The default value is No, if you need
to calibrate the system clock, use
select Yes, then press
to start
calibrating.
After you select
Yes
to start calibrating, the HQR1 DVR will restart.
