11. GXT output signals timing

Concerns feature of out signals : run and torque up
- Complete Motor Run Signal Out During One Cycle
If the user set 1st run-stop-reverse turn as a complete cycle, motor run signal will last for a cycle.
In the same way, if just 1st run is set, motor run signal comes out just once.
- One Torque-up Count for One Complete T Cycle with SCOUTII
