• Note that using packet communication to
perform with a large amount of data such as
accessing web sites with images, or data
download (example: downloading an application
or music/moving picture data, updating OS/anti-
virus software) may increase communication
charge.
Note that data communication by connecting
the FOMA terminal to a PC using USB cable
is not covered by the FOMA packet fl at-rate
service, "Pake-hodai", "Pake-hodai full", and
"Biz-hodai".
<Using fl at-rate data plan>
• To use fl at-rate data plan, you need to subscribe
to an Internet service provider and rate plan
capable of fl at-rate data communication. For the
detail, visit the DOCOMO's web site.

Internet Explorer settings
Before installing the DOCOMO Connection
Manager, make sure to set connection setting to
[ダイヤルしない (Never dial a connection)] on the
Internet Options setting of the Internet Explorer.

Start the Internet Explorer, select [ツール
(Tools)] ▶ [インターネットオプション (Internet
Options)]

Select [接続 (Connections)] tab, then select
[ダイヤルしない (Never dial a connection)]
