Resetting Mobile Phone

You can reset this mobile phone to the default status.

• This operation deletes all the applications installed and data

saved to this mobile phone after purchase, with some

exceptions.

Backup & reset settings screen

Enter terminal password

• If terminal password is not set,

step 3 to 4 in

P.174 "Setting Terminal Password"

• To delete all data in microSD card, mark [Erase

SD card] checkbox.

[Reset phone]

• If [Face Unlock], [Pattern], [PIN], or [Password]

has been specified for the [Screen lock] setting,

perform the specified unlocking method.

[Erase everything]
Once reset, the mobile phone is restarted.

Information

• The settings of [Network Mode] and [Network operators] are

not reset (

P.250).
