Image focusing, magnification levels
You can, depending on the task, preselect the magnification range roughly with
the height adjustment (8) and then focus the observation field finely with the focus
adjustment (4):
Low magnification Medium magnification High magnification
Zoom function
- After you have focused the microscope on the object to be observed, you can
digitally zoom the image to show details even more finely.
- To do this, press the zoom button (12) on the device in the direction of + or –.
Object illumination
- You can illuminate the object in two ways, which you can also use in
combination – with incident light, which you can regulate with the incident light
control (11), or, if the object is translucent, with transmitted light from below, which
you can regulate with the transmitted light control (13).
Polariser
- Light reflections in the observation field can
be disturbing. They can be faded out with the
adjustable polariser.
- To do so, turn the polariser (5) 90 degrees as
far as it will go.
